WizeGem is the most powerful and easy to use 3D Jewelry Design Platform. It enables anyone to design, visualize in 3D and buy personalized jewelry easily and fully online.

We work with best-in-class jewelry manufacturing partners using advanced production technologies to give you the high quality products, fast delivery and best service.

Placing an Order

Which payment option do you support?

We support payment via PayPal. Orders can be paid by PayPal as long as PayPal is available in your country. Check PayPal to see where it is available. You may pay via your PayPal account or by credit card via PayPal.

Please refer to PayPal for payment limits, countries that accept PayPal, disputes, and other terms.

Which currencies are available to me?

Payments can only be processed in USD.

What happens after I place an order?

After you place an order, our production experts will manually review the model to make sure we can manufacture it successfully. Once confirmed we will proceed for manufacturing. In case of design issues we will contact you.  Then, we inspect the quality of each product, carefully package it, and send it your way.

Processing Your Order and Payment

When will I be charged?

Credit Card or PayPal

When you place an order you will be asked to proceeded your payment via PayPal.

If at any point, we determine that we cannot manufacture an item in your order, we will issue you a refund.

How does WizeGem process refunds?

Refunds for PayPal payments are issued in the original form of payment and will reflect the amount paid. It may take 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We may contact you to obtain additional information if necessary.

Shipping Info

What is the delivery time for WizeGem products?

Delivery time for WizeGem orders varies based on the material. Normally it will take 9 business days for production and additional 4-5 days for shipment.

We do our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, and please keep in mind that all our jewelry are made to order. In most cases we ship ahead of schedule, though we cannot guarantee it. Unfortunately, some designs may also face delays. We’ll provide email alerts to keep you updated on the status of your order.

All orders ship with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your order in transit.

What are your shipping rates?

The shipping rates is based on the destination, and will be indicated on teh check-out process.

Delivery to US                     5 USD
Delivery to Europe             5 USD
All other destinations       20 USD

Will I have to pay duties and import tax?

We make every effort to minimize additional charges. However, depending on the destination country of your order, duty, tax, and brokerage fees may be assessed upon importation.

Can I ship to a country other than my own?

We’re working to make it easier for you to send gifts to friends and family across the world. Please choose the option for “ship to different address” on your check-out.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will get notifications as your order is processed. Please make sure our emails are confirmed at your inbox.

How can I change or cancel my order?

All WizeGem products are made-to-order. Once an item goes into production, we can no longer change or cancel it.

We’re fully committed to your satisfaction, and if for some reason there is an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to find a good solution. You can read more about our Return Policy below.

My order is late. What can I do?

What is your return policy?

If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team at support@wizegem.com within 10 days of receiving your product, and they’ll be happy to help you. In order for us to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, we ask that you describe the issue in detail and, if possible, provide pictures. This will make it easier for us to help you, and to help us improve the quality of our products.

For quality assurance issues, we will work with you to either manufacture your product again, or provide a refund.

For any issues involving gold, or silver, we may ask you to return the product to us in order to receive a refund or to have it manufactured again. We ask that you first reach out to our support team with a picture of your print and an explanation of the issue.

We do not provide refunds for products that have been used, altered, or damaged after you’ve received the shipment.
